The Territorial Operations Centre: from construction to activation
AGENAS, in collaboration with the Department of Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering (ABC), Design & Health Lab of the Politecnico di Milano, publishes the Monitor Notebook «The Territorial Operations Centre: from realization to activation».
In light of the profound transformations taking place at the level of the organization of territorial health services, also characterized by the establishment of numerous new structures throughout the national territory with the resources of the PNRR, it becomes a priority to define design and functional indications for the correct and efficient realization of the Territorial Operational Centers.
The intent of the document is, therefore, to define, on the basis of existing regulations, the framework of requirements of the services provided and the best practices present at national and international level (evidence based experience), meta-design and organizational indications that can support strategic directions, technical offices and designers in the planning, design and activation of the new Territorial Operations Centers.
